THE ARK GARDEN Nestling on a mountainside above the Neda gorge, The Ark is surrounded by a terraced garden littered with archaeology and an amazing range of plant and animal life; visit in spring and the wildflowers will enchant you. Visit in December and you can help with the olive crop. At any time of the year, seek shade under an olive tree or chill out on the communal balcony and enjoy fantastic views. Alternatively, stroll around, weed the rock garden or plant a cactus, some veg or a tree! And keep a look out for ancient ceramic fragments - there are still plenty to be found.
